Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The small rooms with a balcony were comfortable, but the bathroom size left something to be desired. Despite the inconvenience of getting a different bed type than I had booked, the overall experience was decent. The service exceeded my expectations in some aspects but fell short in others. The location was convenient for my activities, although there were discrepancies in room bookings. The dining options were limited due to current circumstances, and the facilities were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite not having a balcony, the room had a microwave and mini fridge. However, it felt a bit uncomfortable and could do with a paint job or a face lift. The service was accommodating and friendly, but unfortunately, I had a negative experience where the staff was VERY RUDE, young, and unprofessional. The location was convenient for visiting attractions like the aquarium and CNN, but the room mix-up and odor were unpleasant. The dining experience was basic but pretty good, especially during breakfast. Overall, the facilities were decent, and the value for money was fair.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room, though listed as three stars, was not up to par and was noisy with a very uncomfortable bed. The lack of basic amenities like a blanket or comforter made it feel cold and the overall condition of the hotel seemed worn out. On the positive side, the front desk person was friendly. However, the absence of food options and dirty lobbies were disappointing.
The hotel was a total disaster. The room I stayed in was like a $50 a night hotel room, without a doubt the dirtiest room I have ever seen. It was so small, with stained floors and towels, and even the phone had some gross sticky red stuff all over it. To top it off, there wasn't even a thermostat to control the heat. The service on the premises was kind and welcoming, but that's not enough to make up for such terrible accommodations. The location was the best thing about this place, as it's within walking distance to Centennial Park and only a 10-minute walk to the Congress Convention Center. However, overall, I would say my money could have been better spent elsewhere.
